Arrowsmithing
In addition to being a blacksmith, I am also a historical reenactor, with a specific interest in the 12th century. This project was brought about by a desire to understand the variations in arrowheads present in this time period. Unfortunately the academic research is rather limited. I took it upon myself to put together a list all the types that I could find that were in use and then to make reproductions of them.
The section below briefly outlines the types of arrowhead I produce. I have extensive research detailing each of the types used. If you would like more information on my research or would like something not listed here, please get in touch and we can discuss any requirements you may have.
All of the arrowheads here are available for order. In order to comply with UK law age (18+) verification is required and extra postal restrictions and costs will apply.
